Atlona’s AT-PRO3HD66M HDBaseT matrix switcher was specially designed to pair with our HDBaseT receivers for use in more compact installations. Get fast, reliable extending and switching by using HDBaseT and Power over Category cable (PoCc) to affordably connect and route six inputs to eight outputs simultaneously, at distances up to 230 feet (70 meters). The unit supports high-resolution HDMI video (up to 1080p or 1920×1200), plus multi-channel audio and bi-directional RS-232 and IR control. Also, simplifies in field firmware upgrades.

Atlona’s new HDBaseT (RX) is an attractive receiver wall plate that uses HDBaseT and power over category cable (PoCc”) to extend HDMI up to 328 feet (100 meters) at resolutions up to Ultra HD (4Kx2K), with complete Ethernet, RS-232, and IR control. The AT-HDWP-RSNET has been specially engineered for high-resolution, reliable signal transmission to 328 feet (100 meters). Complete Ethernet, IR, and RS-232 control, rigorously tested for interoperability and compatibility with most third party control systems.

The PRO3HD66M matrix switcher uses HDBaseT™ and Power over Category cable (PoCc) to affordably extend up to six sources to six HDBaseT outputs and two mirrored HDMI® output connections over a distance of up to 230 feet (70 meters). For multi-room distribution, the device also powers zone extenders, eliminating the need for remote receivers to require a separate power source. Unique control-signal-routing capabilities offer easy control of connected devices via IR and RS-232 from third-party control systems while Ethernet connections contribute to simpler system configurations thanks to GUI and TCP/IP control. With de-embedded digital S/PDIF audio for HDBaseT outputs, audio distribution becomes easier for either multi-channel amplifiers or AV receivers.

Essential Install held their Trade Awards at Sandown Park on Wednesday 5th December and it was a brilliant night for Atlona, scooping up two awards! Fighting off competition Atlona managed to secure the prizes of Manufacturer of the year and Product launch of the year with Wireless HD LinkCast! Atlona & the Midwich Group have put a lot of hard work into this year and these awards have shown our hard work and effort has really paid off! Overall this was the icing on the cake for a very good year for Atlona!

Featuring the latest HDBaseT™ technology and CEDIA 2012 “Best New Product Award Winner”, Atlona’s AT-PRO3HD44M 4×4 HDMI® matrix switcher extends HDMI from sources up to 230 feet over Cat 6a cables at 1080p and 1920×1200, or 197 feet with Cat 5e/6 cables. The unit allows for effortless control of up to eight devices through IR remote control, RS-232, third-party IR control boxes, and the front panel. The AT-PRO3HD44M has built-in digital audio S/PDIF loop outs that allow audio distribution to an AVR or amplifier. Atlona AT-PRO2HD88M-SR HDMI Matrix Switcher

The Atlona AT-PRO2HD88M-SR is a true 8×8 HDMI matrix switch. The AT-PRO2HD88M-SR unit features eight High Speed HDMI inputs, and eight independently switchable Twisted Pair outputs, which are in turn used to feed eight separate receiver modules (included). The AT-PRO2HD88M-SR has the ability of equalization, amplification and re-clocking the signal to ensure HDMI accurate signal transmission through long cables without quality loss. The transmission distance of HDBaseT Twisted Pair (CAT5/6) outputs can reach up to 330ft @ 1080P.

AV Technology End-user Award

The first-annual AV Technology End-User Awards recognize innovations that specifically benefit end users, technology managers, and facility directors in all commercial sectors. A panel of esteemed judges selected the winners based on ease of use, reliability, overall network impact, and return on investment. “We were very happy to work with some of the very best in Educational IT to develop this award winning interactive system” says Michael Khain, Vice President of Engineering at Atlona Technologies.

In the category of “Best Interactive & Remote Learning System,” Atlona was a winner for the deployment of its AT-LINE-PRO2 switcher/scaler and AT-HD4-V40SRS HDMI extender at the UCSD Arts Library. According to the judges, the UCSD installation was chosen because the “project and product application truly defines what an educational, interactive learning facility should look like and how it should operate.”
