Policies

General Return Policy

  • From the date of purchase we offer a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy on most of the products that we sell unless it is a special order or labor.
  • Shipping is not refundable. The price of purchase, minus the shipping price, will be refunded on purchases that received free shipping.
  • Before return is placed, an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number should be obtained via phone or email (877-536-3976 or email support@atlona.com). Once you have obtained an RMA number from Lenexpo, Inc., you must send the product(s) freight prepaid to Lenexpo, Inc. within 30 days from the date the RMA was issued.
  • Any returns received by Lenexpo after 30 days from the RMA issuance date are subject to 15% restocking fee. Any returns received after 60 days from RMA issuance date will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your expense.
  • An RMA form included in your RMA confirmation email must be fully filled out and included with your return to insure a quick processing on our side. Absence of the fully filled out form might delay processing of your return.
  • All product(s) must be in their original condition, in the original packaging and have all parts, accessories, manuals, etc. included. Otherwise a restocking fee will be applied in the amount of damages/cost of missing items. Please note that we will not accept any product(s) that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification. They will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund/exchange will be issued.
  • Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery (such as Federal Express, UPS, etc.). Lenexpo, Inc. does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery to Lenexpo is provided. Product(s) shipped to Lenexpo must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. The Lenexpo RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product(s) without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will not be processed and will be returned to you at your own expense. No refund/exchange will be issued in this case.

Refused Shipments

  • The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. If you refuse shipment, your shipping will still not be refunded; it will only delay your credit for your purchase. On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs.
  • If through no fault of Lenexpo the shipment is refused, we will charge your account for any shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee for an unauthorized return.

Advanced Replacements and Warranty

  • In order to get an advanced replacement, Atlona Support Team must verify the product is indeed defective. Once it has been verified that the product is defective, a new order will be made; the customer/ dealer will be charged for the product and shipping. Once we have received the defective product we will issue a credit for the product minus shipping costs.
  • In order to get a warranty replacement for a defective item, Atlona Support Team must verify the product is eligible for warranty. A warranty number will then be issued to the customer along with the Warranty Form. Both the Warranty Number and the Warranty Form must be completely filled out printed and shipped along with the product.
  • Shipped replacements for Warranty, will be in like new conditions, tested and all components included.
  1. Limited Warranty
    Atlona Technologies warrants that (a) its products (the “Product”) will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of 3 years from the date of receipt and (b) that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 3 years. In the event applicable law imposes any implied warranties, the implied warranty period is limited to 3 years from the date of receipt. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations on duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to Customer.
  2. Customer Remedies
    Atlona Technologies’ and its suppliers’ entire liability and Customer’s exclusive remedy shall be, at Atlona Technologies’ decision, either return of the price paid for the Product,  repair or replacement of the Product that does not meet this Limited Warranty and which is returned to Atlona Technologies with a copy of Customer’s receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Product has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication, or natural occurrence. In example to but not limited to: power surges (electrical storms, local power outages), dropping the product (or items on the product), contact with fluids, and physical misconduct (i.e. kicking or punching).  Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  3. No Other Warranties
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlona Technologies and its suppliers, disclaim all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the product and any related written materials. This limited warranty gives customers specific legal rights. Customers may have other rights depending on the jurisdiction.
  4. No Liability for Damages
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Atlona Technologies or its suppliers, be liable for any damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if Atlona Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such damages include but are not limited to: special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss. Atlona Technologies’ and its suppliers’ entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you in such jurisdictional cases.
  • For all ATLONA products purchased within the first 30 days from our dealers, distributers or online resellers in need of exchange, return, or replacement that have been purchased from anywhere else other than Atlona directly must be processed through the place of original purchase.
  • For all products purchases over 30 days, which were not bought directly from Atlona, a warranty replacement is offered and Atlona is not responsible for the return of the product(s) for refund.
  • Atlona does not offer upgrading or replacement of previous product versions. The technology industry comes out with new versions and specifications on a regular basis. While a new feature or version of your product may become available, Atlona is not responsible for swapping an older product or version out. All defective items will be replaced with the same model and version.
  • Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.

Freight Discrepancy
If you have a product that is damaged by a carrier or lost in transit, or you have an incomplete shipment from Lenexpo, Inc., you must contact the Customer Service Department. No matter what the condition of the product, you must sign for the shipment and note any discrepancies/exceptions on the carrier's Delivery Receipt. FAILURE TO NOTE ANY DISCREPANCIES FOR A SHIPMENT MAY CAUSE YOUR CLAIM TO BE DENIED.
Requests to research a Freight Discrepancy must be made within 10 days from the invoice date. If they are requested past 10 days, we will be unable to honor your request. Some carriers limit the time we can report a Freight Claim to them; therefore, some freight issues may have additional time restrictions.
When reporting a discrepancy, you must include the following information:

  • Sales Order or Invoice Number
  • Serial Number (if available)
  • Purchase Order Number (if available)
  • Tracking Number
  • Quantity Ordered

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE:
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product that you have purchased from Atlona Technologies, simply ship the product back in its original packaging, and you'll receive a full money back that you have originally paid for this product. Return shipping will not be reimbursed. In order to expedite the process of refund, please contact our customer service department to receive a Return Authorization Number.
