Product Manager (PRO A/V)

The Product Manager will be responsible for product planning, pricing, design, vision, release to market and end of life cycle.  Additionally, he/she will working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and technical support teams to maximize profitability and to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.

Product Launch:

  • Define product strategy and roadmap.
  • Train sales/marketing and technical support departments.

Copywriter Content Manager

The primary responsibility of the Copywriter & Content Manager is to drive sales and marketing effectiveness by creating compelling copy and content that educates and motivates our Dealers, Distributors and Sales Representatives on Atlona Technologies products, sales programs, and services.
We are looking for a charismatic, high energy individual to join our team to contribute their talents to our growing marketing organization.
Primarily, this person will partner closely with product marketing, product development and other internal/external partners to develop and write copy, messaging and related for use in a variety of sales and marketing tools, including sales collateral (case studies, product catalogs, sales sheets, presentations), advertising, email, product packaging, and other vehicles.   
This position will contribute greatly to our success and has significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with product marketing, product development and other internal/external partners to write copy, messaging and related content 
  • Write copy for case studies, product catalogs and brochures, sales sheets, presentations, advertising, emails/newsletters, product packaging, website
  • Coordinate and collaborate to publish social media content (blog, FaceBook, Twitter, YouTube, RSS, etc.)

The Return Material Authorization (RMA)

The Return Material Authorization (RMA) representative will perform reverse logistics for our customers. The RMA representative will process replacements/repair on all products that are still under warranty.  

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Issue RMA numbers to customers/distributors who are seeking a return or replacement.  
  • Logistics Check: Upon receipt of returned goods, RMA logistics shall immediately inspect the goods and perform the following tasks:

    1)  Check contents of the package
    2)  Determine if the goods are Transcend products and check for any damage on the products
    3)  Test the returned merchandize to see if they are good/bad and then process the return accordingly.
  • Work with sales and customers to ensure that all replacements/credits are processed in a timely manner.
  • Keep a daily check on RMA inventory and maintain a log of all RMA goods.  
  • Maintenance of all RMA testing equipment

Technical Support Engineer 1

Tuesday-Saturday 7AM-4PM

Position Description:
We are looking for an energetic, creative, customer oriented engineer to join our Technical Support team in a fast-paced, multi-tasking start up environment. This job requires coverage from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. It's a state to the arts support environment, so you'll leverage your strong communication skills, friendly-but-firm attitude, and creative problem solving skills to deal with customers. Our customer base varies from professional installer, commercial, or end users.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers (end user and distributors) to support Atlona's multi-range AV products

Senior Channel Marketing Manager

Overview
The Senior Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, developing, executing and measuring marketing strategies and tactics designed to generate demand and support sales growth goals across Atlona’s business units and markets in the professional and commercial audio/video product and installation markets. This key sales demand generation role will develop consistently creative, impactful and high quality execution of all elements of the sales generation mix including MDF and partner programs and promotions, web-based marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, service and support campaigns, training and customer loyalty programs. As a key member of the Global Marketing team, this position reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and partners closely and daily with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and execute global channel sales and marketing programs, promotions, and similar strategies in partnership with Sales teams targeting distributors, dealers, reps, and key accounts.  Manage MDF and co-op programs with key customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to set objectives and measure activities focused on growing sales and generating existing and new business leads and opportunities
  • Manage and maintain Atlona Partner Portal website content and currency, ensuring content and web-based tools are developed aligned with Sales and customer needs and requirements.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to define messaging and translate into sales and marketing tools, including web site content, sales literature, presentations, videos, email, events

Qualifications

  • 5+ years channel marketing management experience

  • Solid experience managing and deploying sales and marketing promotions, training programs, incentives campaigns, loyalty programs and product launches
  • Strong familiarity with marketing automation, lead-generation and CRM software tools and systems – Netsuite, SalesForce, Pardot, ClickTools, and similar

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Overview
Product Marketing plays a critical role in successfully developing and launching Atlona products and services into the marketplace by understanding current and forecast market environments, competitors, developing a product development and marketing strategy and executing tactics that drive customer awareness and purchase. In addition, this position is responsible for delivering a variety of marketing outputs that evangelize Atlona’s products and positioning in the marketplace including PR, social media, web, industry events, product demo/training videos, white papers, case studies. Product Marketing works closely with Atlona’s Product Management, Sales and Channel Marketing in determining product feature sets, pricing, positioning and key messages that support product launch and lead generation activities, as well as optimizing product launch processes overall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Marketing launch plans for products and product lines via market research, competitive audits, pricing studies, customer interviews, and planning with Sales and Product Management teams.
  • Own creation and execution of MRD (Marketing Requirements Document) and related inputs, outputs and processes for assigned product lines and market areas.
  • Support development of product features and functionality in partnership with Product Development and Sales teams. Work with external partners to gather feedback on future development (desired specifications, features, pricing).
  • Lead cross-functional Product Management, Sales and Marketing launch team planning meetings responsible for successful product launches. Focus on optimizing new product introduction processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS with minimum 5-7 years experience in technology product marketing, product management, or related consulting;  professional and commercial audio/video products, markets and channels
  • Must be able to interface effectively and establish quick credibility and confidence with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Operations, Business Development, Channel Management, Channel Partners, and Direct Customers.

Senior Web Developer

Overview
As the Senior Web Developer at Atlona, you’re an expert in using the dynamic programming tools and languages that fuel the web. You’ll work independently as well as be part of a team that builds and integrates interactive web sites, applications, and services for both public and private websites. Your role is to make it work, specifying and developing web-based functionality, applications and testing them on various browsers, enhancing and modifying them as necessary to ensure the best experience for the user. As a web developer, you’ll architect global websites, design data-driven applications, and find efficient client-server solutions to deliver desired functionality and user-experiences. You must have an in-depth understanding of the web development lifecycle and be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions. You’ll be working with both IT and Marketing partners, as well interfacing with other departments to gather requirements and deliver results. You’ll provide input on web best practices, as well as the language and framework of future projects.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead web development projects, initiatives and daily maintenance of Atlona’s corporate web site, partner portal, mobile website, landing pages, micro-sites and other web properties, applications and related systems.

Director of Finance

Purpose of position: Director of Finance responsible for planning, controlling and directing financial and administrative functions of the company.

Scope: Position reports directly to company owners and includes: preparing budget; conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports; implementing effective accounting system; investigating more cost effective processes and finding more efficient solutions for day to day company operations as well as managing legal requirements.

Overview

Atlona is seeking to hire an experienced Network Administrator / Team Leader. The qualified candidate will be placed in charge of implementing and running the company’s network and security policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems and network for general health and performance and recommend and implement strategies for improvement and preventative measures to address issues before they come up.
  • Manage disaster recovery procedures.
  • Document tasks, procedures, environments and create run books for setting up and maintaining systems.
